What you’ll see below contains only natural ingredients. Each of the recipes we recommend is not at all difficult to prepare. You’ll see for yourselves what we mean if you read this post. Enjoy and have fun!

prosciutto shrimp

Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp with Arugula Salad for Two

First off, this recipe asks for jumbo shrimp. Second, you need to wrap it in thin strips of prosciutto. Third step: serve the shrimp on a lemony bed of arugula. It’s one of the easiest recipes to prepare as a couple. The dressing we mentioned should be prepared a couple of hours before. Also, best make sure there’s a toasted whole-wheat baguette covered in a bit of Parmesan cheese when you serve the actual dish.

mustard salmon

Smoky Mustard-Maple Salmon for Two

Our next recipe is even less complicated to make. Just take your partner by the hand and prepare the following: salmon, maple, mustard, chipotle, paprika, chives, pecans and green beans. Then make some whole-wheat couscous. The salmon and green beans must be roasted. Before you do that, cut the fish in two 4-ounce fillets and remove the skin. When you’re done, grind the chipotle and prepare some smoked paprika. The salmon should be topped with a smoky maple-mustard sauce and served with the whole-wheat couscous and roasted green beans.

Seared Salmon with Pesto Fettuccine for Two

One of the quickest recipes to prepare! The salmon has a buttery-like flavor to it, which might turn some people off. To counterattack any bad sensation, we recommend throwing some basil pesto in the mix. Don’t forget to keep it in the refrigerator or buy some already refrigerated pesto.

spaghetti carbonara

Spaghetti Carbonara with Peas for Two

The last healthy recipe we at suggest is not at all the same as your usual Spaghetti Carbonara. For one, this version is loads healthier. That’s because it doesn’t have as much fat and calories as the traditional recipe features. The Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese variety is the best option if you want to prepare this type of food. Before preparing it, though, remember this: don’t fully cook the eggs (that is, pasteurized-in-the-shell ones) you’ll add to it.
